An Epic in Agile methodology represents a large body of work that cannot be completed within a single sprint. Epics usually define major product goals, business initiatives, or complex features that are broken down into smaller user stories. By organizing work into epics, teams can manage large-scale objectives, track progress effectively, and deliver incremental value across multiple sprints.
